SEX+ Home Fragrances First Release:
The Sugar Walls Collection - Syren DeMer Wax Melts
SEX+ Home Fragrances has now officially released it's first original fragrance by Vanessa Theodore for SEX+ and Vanessa Theodore Art; and the first release is for SEX+'s first collection in home fragrances called, "The Sugar Walls Collection," and the first blend is called, "Syren DeMer," dedicated to adult film actress, Syren DeMer.
The Sugar Walls Collection is a collection of original fragrances in honor and in support of female adult actresses. The home fragrances are in wax melt form, as of right now, with potential other categories (candles, perfume, etc.), and the shapes of the vulva is a large size (about palm size).
$5.00 of each wax melt sold will be donated to The Red Umbrella Fund, a sex worker operated and participatory fund. Red Umbrella Fund is the first and only global fund dedicated to supporting the rights of sex workers, that was established in 2012, in response to the lack of funding available for sex workers' rights.
And my goal for each fragrance I create, is to save one for the actress I created it after and find a way to gift it to them, letting them know the purpose, etc..
I knew I wanted the wax melt to be something that would get people's attention, and I thought what better way than to make it vulva shaped, and not just that, but pretty damn big too!!! Not only for women's rights and for the rights of sex workers, I wanted something to be in your face visually and then in hopes of that, that they would see that this is something that can help these women.
As for the fragrance, I wanted it to relate to her...and her name; and I thought well, Syren...mermaid, ocean, sea, nautical...make it a coastal type blend. Since I do not personally know Syren, and didn't really want to find out how I can talk to her and be creepy, haha, that I would do something that can reflect her, in that way, by her name.
Design, concept, fragrance, artwork, etc. are all original and created by Vanessa Theodore, for Vanessa Theodore Art and SEX+.

The wax is a wax blend of soy and paraffin wax. The scent is a combination of many designers fragrance oils that I mixed together to create this complex scent palette.
